I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CohnReznick in Dec 2025
Interview
The series of interviews I had between the in-house recruiting team and the hiring team were seamless and efficient. Interview questions were uniquely tailored to the job and the firm's culture mandates, and everyone I interviewed and corresponded with were pleasant and timely.

It was very nice. Treated well and had coffee, tea etc. The reception was good. The staff was courteous . this is a very good organization with swanky cars in the parking lot. The managers are kind hearted
Two rounds with recruiter and person to whom I was reporting. Very easy with the recruiter - just going over resume and with the second interview, more detail into experience and expertise
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CohnReznick in Sept 2022
Interview
The first interview was a screening with HR, then it moved onto the relevant team managers. They were all very nice and asked engaging questions. Didn’t seem like the typical consulting semi big 4 atmosphere. Seemed a lot better thank that & very flexible.
