Interview
I applied for the UX & Front-End Trading Systems Developer position at CoinShares and was immediately sent a technical test. There was no initial phone screen, interview, or other form of communication before the test was assigned. I prefer to have some initial dialogue to understand the role and the company better before committing to a technical assessment, coupled with the information that the hybrid model is 1 day working from home, I therefore withdrew my application.

Thank you for your feedback. We have since reviewed our hiring process for technical roles and now include an initial screening call prior to the technical test to allow the candidate to get a feel for the role and the company before progressing to this stage.
