If you interview here be prepared for the possibility of being rejected irrespective of how competent you are. This company is one that will require you to participate in a process of multiple interview phases: speaking with the recruiter (1st stage), a total of two take-home tests (this is where they begin to discriminate against candidates) if you're fortunate you'll be funneled through to the hiring manager (2 interviews here) then if they like you enough you'll be pushed through to another round of interviews (a presentation that you have to compile). As you can see, there are tons of hoops a candidate may have to jump through, its very dense. Based on the metrics shown on Glassdoor there's a high possibility that those who apply just won't get in. Its not because they're not competent but because the hiring process is more akin to that of a game-show.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Coinbase (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Too long process
Online test, recruiter screening, 6 interviews 1-1, work trial presentation.
Happen in two parts . Part-1 is qualifier
Ask crypto work trial for a non- crypto role.
Long and tedious process with multiple stages.
First short interveiw with recruiter discussing the salary expectations followed by two interviews with product managers asking general product management questions, strong focus on KPIs.
2 more interview rounds would have followed.
In general people where friendly.
