Long interview process. Cognitive and behavioral assessment, recruiter screen, multiple interviews with the business, and finally a work trial. While many steps, the interview process itself moved quickly. Solid process for scheduling the interviews, so there wasn’t a lot of back and forth to coordinate.

Interview
IQ test: time based test finish as many questions correctly as possible
EQ test: very repetitive questions that seems to be checking if you can be consistent with your answers. Several questions were repeated verbatim multiple times
Recruiter screening: online based with cameras off. They were upfront about what the position salary and equity options would be asked if was in line with expectations.
