Interview
A father son team, more of a family office than an investment firm. They are based in a very nice building in SF. It appears neither Principal of the firm is very often at the office. They talked a lot about their travels to Argentina and sailing and skiing.

Question 1
They have an "awe-shucks" manner, which hides a hard-nosed business approach. They don't provide much detail on the job and seem very secret about their business activities. I didn't get a good feeling about working in the office, which is quiet.
