Interview
They invited me to a face-to-face interview where I was informed that in order to analyse my skills for the job role, I needed to complete an assessment. Once I got home, I received an email congratulating me on making it to the second round and providing guidelines to complete the assessment. It has six tasks and 48 hours to complete. It was a tight deadline, and I had to work day and night in order to give my best when completing the assignment. I really wanted to work with the company after seeing its background. Once completed, I sent the files using cloud sharing software. It's been a month now to this date that they didn't even bother to open my files. (If they did, I get an email saying 'your files have been downloaded') . This is so unprofessional, wasting someone else's precious time. I could have used that energy and time of mine for something more useful. I'm really disappointed.
From first call to last interview took about a few weeks. They were thorough throughout the process and were able to provide ample information so i can make an appropriate decision in response to the offer.

Interview
There was a brief phone screening first, then an in-person interview. They called me to come back a few weeks later to demonstrate my skills with design software (specifically InDesign and Photoshop).
