Interview
The process was very organized. The interviewer, Howard Jefferson, obviously had much experience. He clearly and convincingly demonstrated the benifits that the company had to offer it salespeople. I felt very comfortable. He listened and took notes as I talked about my concerns. We went through the company's training program step by step. He showed me the tools and technology that is unique to the company. I interviewed with other real estate companies and decided to go with Coldwell Banker.

Where do you see most of your business comming from?
Just asked if you want to be full time or not, only want full time people. They asked what sales experience you have. They asked why you want to go into real estate. They wanted to know what you are looking for in a real estate company.
