Interview
I had 2 different inteviews. The first one was with Business Development Manager for Bulgaria - the woman was friendly, aked questions was about my previous work, education, motivation to work as sales analyst. The second interview - it was few weeks later, was with Sales Director for Adria. He asked my about my work experiance, why I'd like to quit working for my previous employee, why I'd like to join Colgate-Palmolive.
The both interviews passed in friendly atmosphere. I have to mantioned here that I was recommended for this position from their previous colleague.

Te contactan desde RRHH para una primera entrevista introductoria donde evalúan tu CV muy por arriba y algunas preguntas en inglés, luego pasas a otra con tu gerente y HR y por último con el director. En caso de estar todo ok, te hacen la propuesta formal.

Hr is quite talk roughly, Interview process is okay, they keep hold profile for longer period of time. No answer from there end. Ask the detail questions about your profile. My interview was for 1 hr perfectly. Even the quite long interview they can't decide quickly the candidate suitable for them. Time waste process .
