I was contacted by an outside recruiter and had an initial phone screen with him. This was followed by a phone call with the Sr Director. After the call with the hiring manager an engineering phone screen was scheduled. The second phone screen consisted of about 6 or 7 people on the CollabNet end (there was lots of talking over each other so it got a bit confusing) and a shared code pad page where an exercise was presented. After the technical phone screen I was invited to come on-site. On-site consisted of three group interview sessions where we went over database design and then some coding exercises. Again lots of people in and out, many of whom seemed to serve no purpose. After the on-site I received calls from the recruiter, hiring manager and VP with an offer.
