CollaborateMD interview questions

Panel interview with several members of different departments. They took notes and asked the same questions by re-wording them. The team doesn't seem to be well versed in training outside of their very small bubble of experience in L&D.

Casual environment, not intimidating and welcoming experience that allowed me to showcase my skills. I was able to present my energizing team building proficiency and collectively describe my overall value to the company. The interview was very conversational and professional. I was instantly energized based on the description of the company value and work-life balance environment that they create for the business partners (we are not even called employees)!
