The recruiter reached out for a role five months ago, disappeared, then resurfaced for a phone screening, only to ghost again afterward. The entire process felt extremely unprofessional and disorganized, with very little respect for people’s time in the industry. Consistent communication and basic follow-through should be the bare minimum in any hiring process.

Question 1
Talked about brands and projects. Very top level screening. Big focus on looking for people to come into the office.
There was a screening call with the recruiter and I met with the director, manager and also had a peer interview. This process took about 2 weeks and it wasn’t as stressful as I though it would be.

Interview process was typical for most companies during post-Covid times. Phone screening with recruiter, meetings with hiring manager and peer level interviews. Nothing remarkable to report. Communication was spotty at best.
