Collective Technologies interview questions

I underwent the technical interview process and performed technical interviews myself. The interviewee will undergo two telephone interviews. The questions are tough as the interviewers are among the best engineers in the country. Saying "I do not know" is acceptable, but if you say that on the first interview, you can expect the same question on the second interview. (So do your research). The interviewers enter the results of the interview into a corporate web page and the results are shared with all the engineers. Those who pass the initial interview ar invited to come to the company. There the prospective employee will have 4 MORE technical interviews. These are very tough. After the interviews, the interviewers, corporate execs and interviewees go to a NICE restaurant for dinner. Unbeknownst to the interviewees, the interview is continuing. Each interviewee's responses have already been analyzed and a shadow assigned for the evening. The interviewee will be assessed in a social environment. All in all a very tough interview pocess, but you WILL be working with the best engineers in th industry and when on a project you WILL have access to that talent.
