      Senior Web Developer Interview

      11 Jul 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Collective World (London, England) in Jun 2016

      Interview

Not a tough process. 1st screening call, 2nd face 2 face interview with an in-depth technical discussion. However, It was a very frustrating process. We had good discussion over the phone and also f2f and then the person comes back to the recruiting person and tells that he's concerned about my period over the past jobs. I think these people doesn't like hones people. Nobody is forced to hire me but this is a fact that you could see from the beginning. They think that if they hire me "they offer me the chance in life". But right now I have 2 projects and I had to travel 200 miles and love around 40pounds*5 hours that day including parking ticket. It's a waste of time, I am sad that I haven't taken into account the feedback from glassdoor before.

      Question 1

The questions were easy and about over all experience of my past projects.
