Not very product focused. They seemed much more interested in finding a personaly fit than someone with a strong product background. Meeting with the founders it was clear they wanted someone to do it all and had no interest in career development, support, or work life balance.

Interview
Well rounded discussion with a co-founder. I wasn't selected to move on, but enjoyed the open discussion. Seems like a good team. Pre screening call with an HR rep which lead to that 1st round interview.
