It’s a pretty straight forward interview that asks about previous experience as well as any background knowledge in trading cards or sports collecting. Having a working knowledge of sports or trading card games is helpful

Very communicative, thorough, and smooth process. I met many members of the team and collaboratively worked through each step with them. I made it to final rounds, but the company prioritizes internal hires. May be tough to get a role as an outsider if not already working within the organization

Very easy, only a couple questions and very relaxed. The interviewer was very cool and we spent most of the time shooting the breeze. One of the nicest interviews of my professional life.
