I had two rounds of interviews with two separate individuals from the executive search firm hired by CAA. Each interview consisted of a long list of survey questions. Some were generic and some were specific to the role.

I was asked specifics about managing budgets and specific figures raised through various fundraising strategies.

Interview
Was called in for an interview about a week after I sent in the application. It was casual, conversational, and comfortable. We talked about past experience and I had the opportunity to ask them questions. Everyone in the office was very friendly. I want not offered a tour of the building, which was unfortunate because I only met a few people.
