It was a very laid back and personal interview. I loved meeting the students and the staff! They are very personal interviews and they shared details of the company. I got to meet the students and introduce myself. I also got a tour of the center.

After a phone screening, you meet with your future supervisor and are asked questions about past experience and what you would do in hypothetical situations. You also get a tour of the worksite.
