I contacted the company and received a 1 hour meeting with vice president to discuss qualifications and expectations of the job. After consideration I was hired. This meeting was challenging, as I was asked a lot of questions about what I could bring to the table.

Interview
1.5 hours with both the VP and Executive VP of the company, asking detailed questions about my goals, role that I wanted, and income expected. Overall it was very difficult and required great interpersonal skills.

was about 5 different interviews, took about a month to get through all the interviews, and only so many people were hired. they ask pretty basic questions about running a business, and one of the interviews is a reverse interview where i asked the VP questions
