I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Colliers (Monterrey, Nuevo León) in Oct 2015
Interview
The recruiter contacted me via linkedin then ask for my resume and phone number. After that he called me to see if I would be interested. He arranged the appointment and I did not had any contact with Colliers until de interview day.
We exchanged a few emails, I think he did actually called me once to explain the position and that is it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
About how do I like to work, how do I get motivated and what do I do at my current job. The questions were very direct and to the point. Then he told me a little about what my activities will be, he explain that they motivation method was kind of carrot on the stick reward. (at that moment i knew i did not wanted to work there).
I got a phone call got an over the phone interview with a member of the team. They called me at the appointed hour and asked questions about my experience, past employment, etc.
4 interviews, met them at lunch was casual conversation, 1 couldn't make it so i did the other interview in the office, nothing too technical. Not a bad process. Discussed resume, experience, what my value is to the team.
The interview was straightforward and not complicated. Just three interviews; one with the recruiter, one with the manager, and one with the client. I was offered a position and accepted it.
