I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Colliers (Detroit, MI) in Dec 2017
Interview
Interview process was casual. Interviewer wanted to gauge passion for the industry, analytical capability, writing skills, and fit within team culture. The process was more so centered around willingness/capacity to learn required skills vs industry specific experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Colliers (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2024

3 rounds of interviews, each round with new members of the team. Each interview lasted roughly 30 minutes or so and consisted of both behavioral and technical questions. Typical interview/finance questions, nothing out of the ordinary.
