Telephone interview followed by invite into the Offices in London. 45 mins 2 Directors. Going through the standard range of competency questions and then some more regarding the specific role. "Why Colliers" and "Why this role" standard questions
I got a phone call got an over the phone interview with a member of the team. They called me at the appointed hour and asked questions about my experience, past employment, etc.
4 interviews, met them at lunch was casual conversation, 1 couldn't make it so i did the other interview in the office, nothing too technical. Not a bad process. Discussed resume, experience, what my value is to the team.
The interview was straightforward and not complicated. Just three interviews; one with the recruiter, one with the manager, and one with the client. I was offered a position and accepted it.
