Molto breve ed efficiente gestito da una risorsa dell'area personale molto brava, ma un po' in imbarazzo per la povertà dell'offerta economica, Praticamente non ti riconoscono la formazione (l'on-boarding) che rimane a carico tuo, Un'ingiustizia che qualifica l'azienda come non seria.

Interview
The elevator was broken and the door was locked. Luckily, someone passing by opened it for me. I was then led to the hall, waiting for the interviewer. After a short introduction, I was asked to share my previous personal projects and then comes to technical questions. Then they showed me the company and people there.

Interview
I applied through a recruiter. They set up an on site interview for me with team members. They asked some questions about my previous job experiences and some behavioral questions, after that they asked to code a solution to a problem on whiteboard. Next step was a home assignment in which they sent an application specification in order to do it in an specified due. After that there were other interviews with CTO and CEO.
