I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace (Plymouth, England) in Jul 2021
Interview
1st stage was a formal interview, followed up with an engineering challenge to take away if offered stage 2.
2nd stage is a technical presentation of an engineering solution. With difficult follow up questions.

Interview
The process included:
A brief introduction and overview of the company and team.
A set of technical and behavioral questions, where the interviewers assessed both my subject-matter expertise and soft skills.
The conversation was two-way—interviewers were friendly and encouraged questions, which made it more of a dialogue than a high-pressure session.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time when you received unexpected feedback—whether positive or negative—and how you responded to it? What was the situation, what was the feedback, and what steps did you take afterward?
Three people on zoom call to interview. Typical questions. Overall, very standard with no major hiccups. Interviewers were a couple of minutes late to interview but there were no issues when it started
