Initial planning and phone screen with recruiter. In person interview directly with hiring manager. In my experience interviews are conducted using a somewhat generic set of questions, managers have ability to customize and format the scope and format of the questions to some degree.

Easy phone-screen with friendly recruiter. First round was a relaxed interview with a few engineers, whom did not do such a great job of selling the role. Second round was a panel interview that conisisted of all prepared STAR questions... did not even take the time to learn more about me beyond the STAR questions. Lack of enthusiasm and diversity amongst all interviewers made me quite disinterested in this role.
