Psychometric assessments and ability tests online. This involved numerical skills assessed. The psychometric personality assessment was used to see if you would be a good fit for the company. There were two rounds of Interviews via Microsoft teams. These consisted of Competency based questions. The process took a month from cv application to reference check stage. It was very indepth interview process even though it is a graduate / entry level role

Very casual , approachable HR recruiters , competency based , asked about previous experience and how that could be used in this role, how long you’re available to work etc
