Managers are quite polite. You may be interviewed by one or two Managers at their store location or at the main office: asked about yourself and to sell something. If there is more than one Manager there it may be a bit nerve wrecking as they may ask you questions rapidly but they were friendly and helped to ease the nervousness with their attitudes.
