Manager asked typical interview questions. Felt like manager wanted to intimidate and discourage from working there. Basically it’s a small company so there are no departments and you do it all you can transfer to etc...After reading the reviews I’m no longer interested in the company I prefer to work for a bigger company who offers better benefits.

Unlike bigger companies in this position you are the research team, your are the escalation dept, and we depend on you to be at work otherwise we will be impacted due to only having 16-20 agents . will that work for you?
