Contacted for an initial distanced/online-based interview with one person. Did not make it past the first round of interviews. First round was a discussion on previous experience in industry as well as research done all the way back to graduate school.

How do you handle working within a team of interdisciplinary scientists with individual specialties?

Interview
The interview process consists of three steps: an initial HR screening, a 1-on-1 interview, and an in-person interview. I did not progress past the HR interview.
One thing I appreciated was their dedicated site outlining each stage of the interview process. It was incredibly detailed and one of the clearest I’ve seen. However, post-interview communication could have been more efficient. If you don’t hear back within a week, it’s likely they have moved on.
