Columbia Association interview questions

Too many steps. You have to interview with the manager and have a group interview. The group interview was unnecessary and lengthy. Some people were declined even after the group interview which I think is crazy for a minimum wage job. Way too selective for jobs that are being worked by high schoolers.

We participated in a group interview at the Columbia Association headquarters. We roleplayed several customer service scenarios as well as created a new game with whatever ball they provide (bouncy, tennis, soccer).
