Columbia Pictures interview questions

A friend put in a word for me with HR. It was probably three weeks later before I received a phone call to interview, which turned into three; in one visit I moved from a junior HR person to the HR head to the executive's outgoing assistant. Yikes. I was there for three hours. The most intense questions have from the HR head, otherwise there was nothing to be bothered about if you've researched the company and a few "most asked interview questions" websites.
