I had two phone interviews and then an in person interview. The process took longer than typical, but I appreciated the managers wanted to find the right fit for the position.
3 interviews… The first was a virtual interview with the recruiter, the 2nd was with the store manager at the store and the final interview was with the district manager in person.

Interview
Very standard interview for a supervisor position mainly focused on personnel management and how you would run the sales floors when in charge. They also focus on experience and require a good list of previous activities that help you develop your working skills.
