It was short and quick. They do not do drug screens or background checks. They say they have benefits but they don't have any at all! They have you job shadow with no pay, then they may offer you the position

Interview
The interview was easy. They asked questions about my past jobs and what I have learned from them. They asked if this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life, which was a little weird.
They didn't really describe the position very well so I didn't know the specifics of what I would be doing. I think they were just looking to hire anyone which is why it only took them an hour to call and offer me a position.
