Interview
2 rounds of interview. First with local hiring manager and second with regional HR and managing director.
Interviewed on the experience and knowledge of power generation industry, technical skills know-how and expectations of job scope. 2nd round of interview was asked on general HR related questions.

The interview process is smooth. There is a high focus on technical capabilities. The turnaround is slow. The transparency of the evaluation process for applicants is fairly low and needs improvement.
