It was a good interview process all around. The recruiter was professional, the team members I met were very friendly and appeared to honestly want to get to know me and understand if the fit was right. The follow up after each interview was very timely, as well. Overall a fair and pleasant interview experience.

Question 1
How would you describe your account management style?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ComPsych (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2019
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn and received a phone call to set up a phone interview within 2 days of applying. Interviewed with HR - very honest, kind, and informative! Came in for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. She was very direct with what she was looking for and gave alot of time for me to ask questions. The next day, HR called and asked to set up second & final interview with VP. The VP was very informative and constructive to determining if this would be a good fit. Overall really great experience!

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time you were creative/innovative?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ComPsych (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2018
Interview
1. phone interview with recruiter
2. personality and cognitive exam
3. 30 minute 1:1 interview with VP of Account Services
4. Final interview with potential direct supervisors
In a few of my recent interviews at other companies, I was given a tour of where I'd be working and general common areas. When I came to Compsych twice to interview, I was sequestered into a random conference room and I couldn't get a feel of the company culture at all. The few areas I did see were very quiet. I was also displeased with the recruiter. After finishing the final round interview, I emailed the recruiter twice to get the email addresses of the employees I interviewed with, and it was radio silence on her end. I think it's incredibly rude to put a prospect through multiple rounds and to not even reach out via email to let them know they didn't get the job.
