Comcast interview questions

This was a Contract role. Interview consisted of just 1 round with hiring manager. Questions were basic- test you on Behavioral and situational questions -in STAR format. Tell me about yourself, past experiences, using excel

The interview process started with a brief introduction about myself, my educational background, and my work experience. The recruiter asked several questions related to customer service, communication skills, and how I handle challenging situations. There were also questions about why I wanted to join the company and what I know about the BPO industry. The interview was professional and straightforward, and the interviewer gave me enough time to explain my answers.
