They call you to set an appointment, the first interview is with the manager on duty ,They ask about your experience and requests you to attend calls, email and check in but they are able to provide training. then you has tu pass a background check.
It was an easy conversation with just a quick follow-up, nothing formal or time-consuming. We met casually in the lobby, which created a very relaxed and comfortable setting, making it simple to connect without any pressure.
Pretty fast and easy. No background check. Nancy was very stern and straightforward. I would recommend having previous experience before applying because they will just throw you out there. Over all not bad.

The interview process was fairly easy. One of the owners seem genuinely interested. As a young adult, he was very understanding. He inspired me to stand out from the crowd.
