I walked in to the lobby in between lunch and dinner hours where a hostess brought me to the offices through the kitchen and across the courtyard. I talked to the General Manager in his office shortly after because he was on site at the time. He was very stark and frank but not intimidating if you can see through that he's just screening you. He talked much about the success of the business. Many questions weren't asked about my employment but rather more about my personality to see if I could handle the environment. I thought he was very witty so it went well.
