Interview
I interviewed for the London office. I had three stages of interviews: an HR phone call and 2 meetings with the team. The interview process was quick and mostly concerned with my understanding of the role. Very friendly team.
Application, Phone Interview, Fiel Study and Assessment Center. A lot of details were asked regarding my Expertise and my previous role. Soft skills are also very important for the Company.

Why are you interested in working for Commerzbank?
I was contacted by HR who asked if I am available on certain dates. I immediately sent a responce if it is possible to schedule an interview on any other day. After that I was ghosted. Then I tried to reach out and got a formal rejection leter. Open communication does not exist in this bank. Their HR team is horrible! Any other employer would just communicate that this is no longer possible. I was rejected because I asked a simple question which feels very unfair.
