Telephone Interview followed by an interview with line manager and then a 3rd interview with a presentation. I found the process of creating the presentation very time consuming. The presentation was around how covid would change the work place in the future. Was a difficult topic as it was very new at the time so there wasn't much peer reviewed literature on the topic.
