Interview
I applied, had a brief phone interview and then an in-person interview 2 weeks later. Phone call appeared to only be for gauging interest in the position. In-person interview asked very general interview questions, I wasn't well prepared at all but was completely capable of answering the questions as they required no specific technical knowledge. Overall, very easy interview process and although my interview wasn't the best, it must've been better then the other applicants.
