Very easy, already an employee when current position became available, stated I was interested in the position and was told that the company would love to have me and was given a quick interview the following day.

Interview
Very friendly and easy going. Asked the basic questions, nothing that the average person couldn't answer. Got to meet other members of the team that I would be working with.
