Communication Service for the Deaf interview questions

Applied online and waited a few days for a call back. Easy process and standard customer service questions, offered job on the spot. Onboarding process was fairly standard and had a training class with a few weeks of training.

Got call within a few days of applying. Lots of job openings so they needed people quick. Interview was with HR and then department manager. Not a difficult interview but was for entry level job.
