I went into the facility and filled out an application. It only took a few days to for them to call me for an interview. They almost always need CNA's! They hired me on the spot. Just make sure you are confident in your abilities.

Question 1
The application had a lot of difficult questions to answer. The interview was basic. It was just a way to judge a persons characters and get a feel upon how their attitude would be towards the work place.
The hardest question on the application was: How often should the residents bathe?
