I applied online and got a call for interview a week later. The interview lasted about an hour. The interview was easier than I had expected. Overall, it was an easy if well prepared.
Panel interview with 3 to 5 administor including manager, floor nurses, and supervisors. Started with phone interview before in person interview or zoom. Easy going. Scenario questions to basic interview questions

Interview
At least 20-30 minutes asking why you're interested in the department and tells you a lot about the fast paced environment their department is. They want to get an idea of if youre a team player.
First get called by a hiring recruiter they ask you questions, if they like what they hear they will pass your resume on to the department of which you input your application then they schedule an interview via zoom.
