It was a panel interview. The current team lead, manager, and director interviewed me. They offered me a drink. They were nice. They were engaged and made the experience comfortable.

It was a panel interview process and this is pretty standard in my job hunt experience. Everyone that I worked with on a daily basis was included in the panel and a few others that I never saw again. The interview lasted approximately 1 hour and was direct question and answer only as opposed to the scenario based interview style.
