Diverse on site questions like what do you do if and questions related to leadership style. Two interviews process. The interviewer was well prepared and empathetic and clear about the job responsabilities during the process.

Question 1
What you will do if you fine someone unresponsive at the center? How comfortable you are into deescalating a crisis?
Meeting was prompt and informative. It was also very casual yet professional. I would highly recommend. The questions asked were more getting to know you than typical interview questions, etc.

Interview
E-mailed them my resume, received an email invitation arranging for a virtual interview at 2:00 PM.
2:00 PM - Link doesn't work.
2:25 PM - Interviewer apologizes via email and rearranges it for 3:00 PM. I agree.
3:00PM - Link works, but waited approx 15 minutes for interviewer to get online. After 15 minutes and not turning up, I disconnect.
3:45PM - Receive an email telling me that she was having difficulty contacting me. I email back saying I'm no longer interested in the job (or them as an employer!).
3:50 - Interviewer apologizes and says that there was a lot going on in the building.
After reading all the awful reviews, I consider this role a dodged bullet. Lucky me!
