Interview
The interview process can take a while because they hire in large groups at certain periods of time. There two to three rounds of interviewing followed by an intensive and informative orientation that is 2 weeks long.

Two interviews before a final offer is made. I was interviewed but a panel of three people the first time. The second time it was with the two Human Resources managers.
