I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Community Servings
Interview
Quick and easy phone interview that lasted longer than necessary. The interviewer was communicating about the company more than the position itself and asking relevant questions on how I would fit the role. I didn't receive any feedback for more than 3 weeks and still waiting.
I interviewed at Community Servings (Boston, MA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Unprofessional, overwhelmed and disengaged HR and management staff
Interviewers late to appointments, rushed interviews, and struggled to have open conversations on topics and questions related to the position
Skills test, personality quiz, phone screens, and advancing interview process were very disorganized
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Community Servings (Boston, MA) in Jan 2022
Interview
If you're looking for understanding people (which is ironic since this is a nonprofit), don't look here. I had a phone interview, which was fairly easy. Then, I was invited for a Zoom interview. However, I was on a call that lasted longer than expected and made sure to email the interviewer before the interview that I would be running late. When I logged onto the Zoom call as soon as the call ended, no one was on the call. I sent an email saying that no one was on the call and asked to reschedule. The interviewer responded by telling me they moved forward with other candidates. This is quite unfair since I 1. communicated that I would be running late and 2. wasn't given a fair chance to express myself. If you want your time wasted, apply to Community Servings.
