Interview
Applied online in April, executive director reached out for interview time in early July then ghosted me, then another member reached out two weeks later to reschedule for a Zoom call. Zoom call went well, then scheduled in person interview/presentation. No one had the right interview time, and very unorganized, almost seems like Antioch location is nonexistent.

Interview
I first saw their ad in craigslist and decided to swing by, since I had just moved back from out of state I wanted to get the feel of the East Bay again. Its a quiet area across the street from the police department. Well the first interview I met with the manager and did a one on one interview. Then for the second round I did an interview with the executive director and the grant coordinator. I was asked various questions about my background in Psychology and how I would handle certain situations.
