      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Como (London, England)

      Interview

      I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn about the position. After an initial chat, I was then introduced to the HR recruiter from the company. I was then scheduled to go into the office for an in-person interview with the Chief Business Operations. From the phone interview with the recruiter to the in-person one there were 2 days in between. I was then told I'd get an assignment, but then they changed their minds and asked for two referrals. Once my referrals were contacted, I received an offer.

      Horrible. After being ghosted by the first interviewer for nearly a month, I got a second round (should note that I was accidentally sent a rejection email only to get an invite the next day). The second round went well and I thought the interviewer was a nice person. However, I was GHOSTED AGAIN for three weeks (and counting -- they never got back to me with any kind of response/rejection/anything). What kind of company is this? Also, for the record, they want to pay way below the industry standard and expect all CSMs to up and move to Miami -- an expensive city -- with a low salary. Not worth your time.
